Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: the General Protection Regulation data), the Tourist Board of the City of Križevci (hereinafter: TZKŽ) in its work undertakes to act in accordance with the respect and protection of personal data and privacy of users of this website, as long as they are used within the permitted conditions of use.

Data collection

Personal data are all data that establish identity and data necessary for communication (eg surname and name, residential address, e-mail address, contact telephone numbers, mobile and fax devices, etc.).

You can use our website without disclosing your personal data. You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data as a condition of using the site, unless it is necessary to provide you with a service or enable the use of our product in accordance with your request. When you use our website we may store data for various security reasons. Such information may include the name of your ISP, the website through which you linked to our website, the websites you visited from our website, and your IP address. This information could lead to your identification, but we do not use it for that. From time to time we use the data for statistical purposes, but at the same time we maintain the anonymity of each user so that person cannot be identified. In cases where we entrust the processing of data to third parties, in order to provide you with the product or provide the services you have requested, or for other purposes for which you have allowed, we take care that this third party is registered to perform such activity, to provide sufficient guarantees regarding the protection and confidentiality of data and we rely on technical and organizational means to ensure compliance with regulations on personal data protection.

Collection and processing of personal data

We collect personal data only when you make it available to us, eg as part of registration, by filling out forms or sending e-mails, as part of ordering products or services, sending inquiries or requests related to our products or services, and in similar situations in which you chose to provide us with information. The database and its contents remain with our company and with the processors and servers who act on our behalf and are responsible to us. We will not pass on your personal data in any form to third parties (either directly or through a representative), unless we have obtained your consent or if there is a legal basis for the same.

We will retain control and responsibility for the use of any personal information you share with us. This information may be stored or processed in whole or in part in other countries (eg the United States), and different data protection rules may apply in those countries than in the country in which you live. In such cases, we will ensure that appropriate security measures are in place that require the processor from that country to apply data protection equivalent to that in your country.

Purpose of use

The information we collect will only be used for the purposes of providing our products and services or for other purposes for which you have given your consent, except as otherwise provided by law.

Right of insight and correction

In relation to all your personal data stored with us, you have the right to inspect, and the right to correct, supplement and delete them when they are incomplete, inaccurate and out of date. For the above, it is enough to send an e-mail to the address from the imprint or contact the data protection officer.

The right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time and request the cessation of their further processing, unless it is the processing of data for statistical purposes when your personal data no longer allows your identification. For the above, it is enough to send an e-mail to the address from the imprint or contact the data protection officer.

Data storage

We retain personal information for as long as it takes for the requested service or service for which you have given consent to be provided, unless otherwise provided by law (e.g. in connection with an ongoing court proceeding).

If you do not agree to their use, you can easily delete (or prevent) cookies on your computer or mobile device using the settings of the browser you are using. Web analysis

On this website, we use Google Analytics and the Google Search Console, a web analytics business of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

Subject to your consent, Google analyzes your use of this site on our behalf. Among other things, we use the above-mentioned cookies for this purpose. The information that Google collects regarding your use of this website (e.g., the homepage URL, pages visited by us, the web browser you used, your language settings, your computer system, or display resolution) is transmitted to Google’s server at America, they are stored there, analyzed, and the result is made available to us in an anonymous form. Your usage data is not linked to your full IP address. On this website, we have activated the IP anonymization function offered by Google, so that the last 8 digits (type Ipv4) or the last 80 bits (type Ipv6) of your IP address are deleted. Google is certified in connection with the EU-US Privacy Shield so that the appropriate level of data protection applies to the processing of data by Google in the United States.

You can withdraw your consent to web analytics at any time by downloading and installing the Google Browser Plugin, or you can prevent or delete cookies on your computer or mobile device. Both options prevent web analytics as long as you use the browser on which the Plugin plugin is installed or until you turn off the Opt-Out-Cookie.
