The slopes of Mali and Veliki Kalnik have been attracting paragliders from Croatia and from around the world for more than a decade. From the school field for students, to the demanding starts of Kalnik, flyers of all ages will find a location to start.

Paragliding club Fenix aims to develop paragliding, training and improving the work of members and the promotion of aviation in the Republic of Croatia, and especially in the Koprivnica-Križevci County. The club registered two airfields, Mali Kalnik and Kalnik and arranged two starts on Kalnik, the so-called “Zapadni start” and “Rampu”, and a school field was arranged and registered in Mali Kalnik, which is used in cooperation with the training center for paraglider pilots Ekoing-Kalnik to train new members.
